Vacman and Bobbin is owner-operated. Ken Grier answers the phone, Ken Grier drives out, and Ken Grier is the one with his hands in your machine. There is no dispatcher, no rotating crew and nobody to hand you off to.
He works on vacuums and sewing machines the way he'd work on his own — take it apart properly, clean it properly, put it back together properly, and tell you straight what he found.
